My team is best team and my 3 manager Behaviour friendly, i have learning new new works any day there support beautiful help any time not rudely Behaviours.

HR behaviour not good any time judge and rudely Behaviours. What are you doing, which time you have entry why you are use phone any thing not good office area but she was carrying and friendly behaviour outside.

There is not a good environment for learning. Behaviour of thier staffs is not satisfying. At last I wanna say that they created salary problem. I got my salary on 25th of a month. And after resigned you will not get rest of the salary of your working days.

Everything I unliked about corporate ranking!! Dislikes - - HR are just robots, they won't do anything for you. - Salary has a bad policy . You'll be getting whole November salary in December 20(what a ridiculous policy). I've worked there for 10 days and worked upto the mark , they didn't provide me salary! - Leave policy - you canonly take 2 CLs in 4 months of provision, after that you'll get 1 CL per month. And you have to inform prior 7 days that you're going to take a leave on a certain date otherwise they'll charge LOP. EL is once in 6 months , but you can only take an EL for you or your parents medical health. And if you don't have a doc they'll charge 1 lop, if you don't have EL or doc they'll Charge 2 lop in a single day !! Wht a policy?! - 10 hours of working, you're not allowed to go out, you can not eat snacks in the working hours, can't even see phone and only 30 mins is a break (strict rules) - they'll threaten you that if you use phone we'll terminate you, you can't even eat anything while working. - if you talk anything, make sure that you're visible in cameras, and they always listen your chats , wht a company man!!! You'll get a call after that, why did you say these things we heard you from the camera nd all!! - Main thing, there's no work of data analyst, it's a scam !!! You have to harvest data from 10000-15000 per day and that's it , it's a data entry work!! .. - you'll be working in an office, which is so unstructured, you won't see proper washroom, taps not running well, wifi not running well , HRs only tell you what not to do that's it !! Where you may have to work for 10 hours instead of 9.5 hours. Saturday is no leave (even if it's mentioned in indeed) - Data analyst aspirants, don't ruin your time, energy here because these work will never help you in the future, it's a data entry work!! - very strict rules !!! Don't comply!! You'll regret after you join this company as a data analyst!!. - no offer letter is given , only after working 10 days you'll get an offer letter !! - According to company reach , they have a very tough policy, but a very poor management!! - even my HR didn't know , wht a data analyst do in this company, they'll tell you it's 50% data analyst 50% lead generation. I have been working here for over 3 years and I haven't faced any difficulties with the company. While I joined, I was a fresher just out of an institute. I have learnt a lot from my managers who have helped and guided me every way possible. I have been awarded increment each year as per company policy and I am quite happy with it. I have seen a few negative reviews put on Ambitonbox, which might not be genuine as there are no identity of those employees and many of those claims are false too. They do not keep there promise. Not giving my experience letter and salary. I have worked there for 8 months but when I was on notice period they did not have me my last salary. As it was mentioned on the email that you will get the salary.
