I have been working here for over 3 years and I haven't faced any difficulties with the company. While I joined, I was a fresher just out of an institute. I have learnt a lot from my managers who have helped and guided me every way possible. I have been awarded increment each year as per company policy and I am quite happy with it. I have seen a few negative reviews put on Ambitonbox, which might not be genuine as there are no identity of those employees and many of those claims are false too. Although it should be not to be disliked, they had 6 days working policy which has been changed to 5 days recently.

People are really helpful, everyone I have dealt with was really great folks. The policies are employee friendly. The work place environment is very conducive and the management team is open to feedback. Overall, I have had a positive experience working here.
