Please normalize resignations, PPL move on and plz don't take resignations personally. The management never lets u serve notice period. They don't even accept resignation they simply block the mail without accepting resignation and don't even give experience letter. They don't have big stable companies or big brands. Whenever recruiter is not able to fulfill closure. They say words like manhoos n all for them. They provide sal on 15 th of every month. 15 days late. No salary slips....Read More

There is nothing to like. The highly unprofessional organization I have ever seen.

CHS is the most unprofessional organization I have ever seen in my life. None of their employees has got the salary on time. They credit the salary on the 15th of every month. They have given the salary in cash, they can't even afford an envelope. Also, they hold my 15 days salary and it was not mentioned anywhere in the offer letter. This is not an office at all, it's a house where they kept 10 systems in 2 rooms and calls it an office. LOL. There is no proper training and guidance for freshers. There is a lot of biasness. The work pressure is very high because there are only 4-5 employees in the organization. Sometimes I returned from the office at 7 or 8. Still, Managers do not value an individuals' unique strength. I have spent a lot of money to join their organization and just got 20 days salary after 2 months. They don't provide FNF and experience letter. Work Details

Working in CHS was one of the worst experience ever. After a lot of dedication and work, there is no appreciation from managers. Their work is just to demotivate you all the time by saying that you are doing nothing for our organization.
