I desk bach job. the whole day you have to be on a phone call. in the probation period, you have to complete a target of 80k after the probation period you will 120k target. talking about the salary probation period 15k they say but they do not give an actual salary of around 8k or 10k only those who get a complete salary of 15k are those who complete the target 80k.

you get a cup of tea for a whole day. initially, they give junk leads say complete the target. also say you have to generate own lead by himself. timing of leave is 8 PM but they leave after 8:30 PM.

I've been working here for the last 8 months and not even a single student has reached me out saying any negatives about the company. I used to see all these negative reviews and thats the only thing which gets caught in the eyes by everyone right? People like to spread the negatives than the positives they actually see. Well that is your mindset. If you don't know about something unless you experience it, you better not say a opinion about anything. I started here as a fresher and in 8 months my CTC was increased to 7LPA. SO it's all about your determination and your passion about your work. Even management team reach to us and help us whenever we need. I don't think so that this type of culture is followed by any company. Even we do farm house parties and many more things but I don't know why some people start defaming the company even they realize that there is no another Corizo who is taking care of their employee like this.
