Never ever ever join this organization if you want to have peace of mind. You never know when they will fire you. They cal themselves as big data Analytics organization but the project they have are shit. Most of the projects are related to Data Engineering kind of work and lots of report generation and Automation kind of stuff. Theproject managers set unrealistic deadlines which are never met. They keep on pushing the deadlines after project begin. There will be period of time you are not sure when your part of work will come your way. They have laid off around 20% of workforce in India in pretext of Covid but few days after laying off they again started hiring for high paying senior positions. Managers with no experience in data science are leading data science team. There are managers in Pune who are just doing operation kind of work and taking home hefty package. And they are the ones responsible for laying off defying government order.
