Well, I'm not going to defame the company but what is the matter really? No incentives, no leaves, heavy office politics, no recognition of work, poor administration, no mobile phones allowed, no peace of mind, to name a few.

Work Details

It's tiring. Deadline oriented industry, absolutely no fun. 12 hours of work is supposed to be finished in 8 hours of time.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

It has very stringent work environment.... employees are treated as school students....work pressure is too much.....one is not even allowed to utter a word during working hours.....poor team work...you don't get to learn anything new...in digital age they still work with pen and paper ....waste of time , paper and energy

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
