Job security is terrible, management is not supporting in this pandemic situation, instead they are forcing employees/ sales executives to do the market and not even covering their medicals. Horrible pressure for sales in out of the way situations. And after somebody has left the company or even they terminate the employees ..they will never pay your dues..not even your DA/TA and also company will not encash your remaining leaves..!!! In fact I joined this co.again from July/2021 to Sep/21 but I had to leave again due to their poor culture and after 11 months they cleared my FF partially not shared FF breakup with me not issued Relieving letter by now, inefficient HR ,don't response any communication I don't know whether i will be able to get my balance hard-earned money from this co. So liked nothing .

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
