Nothing as such. They are not even trying to focus on important things like making the Product better. They have completely discarded the well know concept of Product Led Growth. They are just trying to market their product in such a way so that a bigger player can acquire them soon so that these founders can create the ROI for their investors and themselves and run away.

Dislikes

1. No proper processes to begin with. 2. Sales team just fight with internal teams like Post Sales and Operations to deliver the over promises which sales person made to the client. 3. Product doesn't provide value and at every Business Review Meeting CSMs have to get on their knees and beg the client not cancel the contract. 4. HRteam acts like a puppet. 5. CSM Team Manager behaves like a hotshot but in reality he just gaslights his team members. Plus I believe he himself doesn't know how product works so there is no point working under a person who is operating on Half Knowledge....Read More
