I have had the best and worst experience of my life at same time. Conviction as an organization is best place to work but it is my bad luck that i have worked under such management where there is so much politics, favouritism and inequality. Your voice is not not allowed to reach to the higher management. It is very difficult to work under such partiality and inequality but you can only work peacefully if you are management's favorite or don't come under the eyes of favorite of the management. It is very shocking and disrespecting that there ex employees are not allowed to come to their offices according to them it will ruin the image of the company.
