Jon Security is very good. you can work without any pain. you can connect with anyone and discuss and improve your skills. Management is also good. Company policy is very good.

Dislikes

The company will never teammates the employee. Giving training online on team and offline also and maintaining the recorded session. Convergys has multiple clients if got any negative feedback you can work on any other projects. Flexible work hours , they provide a good platform to frehsers , approachable collegues

Dislikes

No work from home from late half of 2021, No perks/benefits team outings. The variety of projects here are quite limited , if you're a new to the analytics field it might be a challenge to fit in as there is no proper training. There's a clear disconnect betweeen the management and the employees.
