You have to work even after your working hour. ( often time 14 - 16 hour per day ) no life standred. company fire people via blaminng any case against in HR department. ( case can be - Abusive language with office staff. 10-15 minutes daily late, harashment case by any male/female staff (manager's bootliker persons) etc.. Office Politics, Poor office Management, Mental Harasment, No respect of male employee. Girls file harasment case in HR very Common. no salary increment/very low salary increment for male staff. often staff required to work after the working period to finish the bootlicker's work. no job seurity. one person has full control and he is crroupt. he asks for gifts every month if you don't give gift and don't make him happy then you know what can be wrong with you. My Shift start in morning 9 am and work till late night, Sometime till 2 am also, No shift allowance and overtime for normal staff. except Bootlickers. here is no managment to resolve your issue. one person have full control and he is also crroupt.
