Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? "Assistant Recruitment Support Specialist" is a backend office, office assistance kind of position. The good thing about the position is : 1. Less workload 2.No interaction with the candidates, but you have to coordinate with the colleagues. 3. Recruiters are supportive and polite.

1. Management is terrible. 2. Not professionally organized 3. No learning curve 4. Appraisal is worse where they ask you to give up your PF so that they can adjust the sum to the fixed salary. (that's what happened with me at least)
