The rating transparency is just awesome nothing is hidden from you. And during lockdown you are given wfh and an amount for your basic bill payments like wifi.

There is very less to dislike about the organisation just that management or i would say the hr side management is not very clear about how they are going to handle the covid situation. They are not clearly telling the employees about their decisions till when they are going to provide wfh facility and telling every other month that you might have to come from next month just for on day each week.
