I worked there for less than 2 years, but I can’t compare continental hospital with any other. ReLly fantastic coming from small to big everything is good in continental hospital. Work freedom. Friendly conversation among all. I fell very happy working

Team members good but who has the manager level post are not transparent in communication and decision what they make on staff

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
