Organisation is good, management is ok. Work ethics is horrible, you have to be good at shoulder rubbing. About appraisal: No appraisals, but you might get a certificate of being the best employee. Every thing is on your reporting manager if s/he is pleased with you can get a hike of 10k even if your salary were 20K. There are employees who got hike of Rs 500 too. 100%unprofessional.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
