The fact that the staff are encouraging and supportive. There is an avenue for growth and personal development. Work culture is fantastic too. Some areas needs to improve though and i believe management is working on those areas.

Trainings need to be organized for the staff to help them grow in their respective fields. Team bonding is a big motivation too, from time to time, management needs to create a soft landing for the staff to help them feel relaxed and help ease the tension of work.
