Behaviour and tone of the manager is very poor and once you complain about it they’ll going to do arguments with you. After giving the 9hrs they’ll not satisfied with your work and they’ll talk to you very rudely and harsh.

Worst organisation. They will paay salary on 7th of every month and if you take any leave between 1st to 7th they will keep your salary on hold thinking you will leave the organisation. we have to use our personal laptop wher they will sit and do micromanagement , Very bad behaviour by the management . Think twice before joining here

Quality of work is very good. i had worked for 2 years in a recruitment firm which had decent clients, but nothing compared to what we do here. overall learning and growth is very high. being a top performer dod not only get appraisal twice in 14 months but huge incentives i recieved in a year above 4-5L

Only profile is good. Working for Big4. But the work culture is pathetic. Management fluctuations. No fix rules n regulations, keeps on changing.. No appreciation but quick escalations for any mistakes. No job security. N notice period is 3 months.. No documents on time.. etc..

The leadership team is very supportive, and they genuinely care about employees well being . Communication is clear and transperent. The company regularly checks in with employees to ensure we are happy and have everything we need. I can definitely see myself staying here for the long haul.
