I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. No equality and no appreciation. Poor hierarchies and poor management. Worst experience and no job satisfaction even after being worked hard for so many years. No job security and other nationalities are always being considered as a scapegoat and worst work culture ever for experienced professionals. Weekly 60 hours of work are like very hard and no social life for last 10 years.
