junior staff, the facilities provided are the same as those for laborers, meaning staff in the 7-band category are not considered as regular staff.

Dislikes

Junior staff are accommodated with four persons in one room, with common toilets and no provision for mirrors or drinking water facilities. Their transport facilities are the same as those provided for laborers

I am greatful to work with my collegues, good work environment, they provide required training for the employees, its good to build your career on them.

Dislikes

I dont like to be promoted bases on words not on performance,. I have to work 12 hours a day as I have to extend more hours when needed.

Generally speaking, work is challenging and under prssure, as safety professional i have deal with management and encourage them to take necessary action to fix the issue.
