Blessed to work with an international company like this. My colleagues were so good to me. Too much to learn sometimes heavy work load but I think that's the way learn more and more. Increments every year. Overall nice to work with

Sometimes fastest growing companies have a similar problem and that is management. Same problem with this company at UAE. Every year increments but the minimum numbers. There are not much negative things to share.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. No equality and no appreciation. Poor hierarchies and poor management. Worst experience and no job satisfaction even after being worked hard for so many years. No job security and other nationalities are always being considered as a scapegoat and worst work culture ever for experienced professionals. Weekly 60 hours of work are like very hard and no social life for last 10 years.
