No team work. If you go on leave. Come back and do your work. No back resources are planned... Appraisal is worst part... Management is talking it as a grant ... Make you work hard but no promotion or hike..... They started replacing with degree passouts with low salary instead of hike to senior employees.... Very low hike or no hike Performance bonus is included in package Retention bonus won't be paid during notice period No proper feedback process set-up in organisation...Read More

Permanent WFH..There is a opportunity for new learnings as in tools and process wise.

Dislikes

They keep orginal certificate for 2 years do it is like a bond and if you resign within 2 years than have to pay 10% of the CTC along with serve the 2 month notice period..so basically company does not have trust on their employees or they know that work pressure is so high so employee will leave early..that might be a reason for keeping the original documents for 2 years..
