Wfh helps in work life balance to some extent.

There is no interaction beyond work. The HR is very laid back and the policies are not employee friendly. Eg people in North India are provided compulsory leave on South Indian festivals but there is no off on Holi or any exemption on karwa chauth etc. Plus when we have permanent wfh, some allowance must be given for infrastructure etc. The PF deduction is just 15000 pm which is very unfair. Your life here depends on a lot of parameters like the client you are handling, your managers attitude, colleagues etc your work life balance, leaves etc will be approved based on all the parameters mentioned.... if you are taking the responsibility they will give you more responsibility 🤣 but thats the positive as well in the intial days of your career.
