Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Good company for elearning domain. You will get to learn many new things but you should be able to do it with yourself. Salary growth is good for deserving candidate but if you lag in your skill then you have to struggle for your job.
