It's a good company to kick start ua career in BPO, gain experience and resign ... Don't wait for promotion,if you do uh will be wastin valuable time of ua life, company culture is average, management is decent, even though dey may delay ua request/complaint but in da end dey will rectify however, Job security is there ,even though us process shifts to other state or locality they may move to other process in da same location uh working for, it may take sometime if there r lesser vacancies, so overall a decent company, Jus show up n do ua work without havin drama or hatred among colleagues n supervisors, n if ya do so.. trust me uh will build a platform for ua career in diz organisation.
