They will make you work more 15 to 16 hour and they will not increase the manpower for the complete cycle of the shift. You cant take support from development team if you can't able to rectify the bugs or issue. Please never join here, I would recommend to join some place where salary would be less but no toxic environment and atleast few people can help you if you stuck in technical issue. They will only give you a recored video for training purpose and will ask you after 5 days to start working on the issue Manager will call you anytime if there will be any problem in the application. Their sale representative will screw you by pressuring about the update and every sales executive issue is a critical issue even it wont be. HR is cunning person very cunning. He will raise his hand in time of trouble. Very pathetic work culture....Read More
