Please don't go with the likes and ratings of this organization. They are directly asking their employees to put false reviews.They can go to any extent to imposter themselves to deceive others..They are "Wolf in the Skin of Sheep". Too Toxic Work Culture.And More than that EXTREMELY, MOST VENOMOUS PEOPLE. Speak to the Ex Employees of this organization,they will tell you the bitter truth. No ethics while selling the product to Customer. You will become patient of depression after joining them. There HR is a Cunning Fox, Beware of him. There Product runs on 100% Bugs/issues,false commitments,and high skilled manipulation with doctors,They are just fooling and manipulating the doctors to buy their product for 7080 Rs. You can save your job here by plainly by hearting this sentence " Sir, Doctor is very much Interested, and will make the payment by next week" But you should be very good at story telling, They do virtual meet daily, so you can tell them on your turn like "I went to certain doctor yesterday, Dr. has a very nice ambience in his clinic, there I showed him the demo, and Dr. said I liked your product, I will confirm the payment next week. Many employees are saving their jobs and withdrawing their salaries monthly like this. However, This company is not giving you the incentives but gives you the Golden opportunity to do moonlighting, Since its remote job, You can directly join other organisation simultaneously doing the work here as well..You don't suppose to make them fool, because they are actually fools. What you can do is,Join other organisation while working with them here because anyways you will be losing their job within a very short span of time, you will not be able to sell their product for 7080 Rs. They will kick you out.. or make conditions so toxic that you will force to leave. , Just keep wasting their time..Remember your time is precious but there time is not, because if there time was precious,they wouldn't have opened such a Toxic Organisation and created such a Wastebasket product,So God forbids,mistakenly or by any chance you have joined them, Don't Resign..Just Keep Wasting their Time..Keep telling them,You will work very hard this month and has very strong pipeline of 4-5 doctors.and they are ready to make the payment.and then, withdraw the salary every month.Suppose you are free for 3-4 months, You can join this company for timepass. Hopeless organisation. If you have joined the organization,and have started getting rebukes from senior for target completion,don't panic. Just keep remind yourself that you have to waste their time and withdraw Salary Every Month, because you will not be able to sale their product anyways.
