There is no plan on provide yearly hikes or promotions.. It's all depends on how ur manager begs with their bosses.. If the managers are not ready to beg with their managers there is no hike or promotion for the team. If you work too much.. Only good thing is you get the hybrid work culture and get lots of free time to upskill your self. Work life balance is good because there is no work to do. Also the job security is good. You don't have to worry about this .

Toxic people and no bonus and too much politics. No appraisal and hike is provided here . I have people working here for 3 years without getting any hike . You get go work on some very old in house software which is more buggy and outdated then Microsoft teams . There are no benifits provided other then the salary itself .
