Management and employee dealing. Providing benefits but taking it back in a way. So many hidden T&C my time. They did not wear the expenses at client end. Provide Work from home and start counting it as negative at time of appraisal, If you are logging non-billable time than it your fault because responsible people never make POA for the candidate. Management is wrong but you will be blamed. They create situation and in last they wrap it with taking strict action for the employee who found in that situation and say this came so now they will take care. Immature working environment. Only showing but no mature decision. Senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is painful. They create discriminations between employee.
