Involvement of driver in company administration including HR. Bootlickers everywhere. As I have to be polite and not use any offensive language so I can't tell you about the current Plant Head of Roorkee plant. They doesn't want to maintain their equipment. Their mindset is the equipment does not require any maintenance after they bought it, the machine is eternal and can not have any breakdown.

Everything was fine at the journey in Concept. i worked there 4 years, all staff were supportive except one Mr. Tripathi is there he a horrible person. he always loose his temper his behavior is not good and he is not supportive at all with any one in the company. Mr Tripathi is the GM of the company due to his behavior every one leave his job. He is not cooperative. why i rated 4 star beacuse all things in the company is good only leaving the GM mr. Trpathi.
