Only the job security is good there. If you know how to work then you can work there like for years.

Dislikes

The management is worse, they themselves don't know the work and they can't help you. The salary increment and the benefits are worse. Working environment is bad. No matter in what situation you are, you have to beg for leaves at the most of times. The unnecessary workload. The shift timings are bad. Extremely happy with job security and work culture , company policies is also good but I believe need to improve the management way of working , rest everything is so good.
