CNX understands those little things that many doesn't. A great satisfaction and a nice experience to work with Concentrix specially the work culture 🙂

Dislikes

Can't remember anything to dislike however I was quite comfortable with wfh and simultaneously take care of my daughter alone. Now that they started wfo I had to leave. Wish they had that wfh for the vulnerables who have physical/psychological problems and specially for females with little kids.

I worked with this company for about 1.5years in total. I would never suggest anyone to go there since It was very hard for me to survive because of the racist culture,favoritism,groupism.managment is worse

Worse management you can never complain anything to the HR..the Hr person will tell the manager than revenge will begin they will humiliate you daily basis and also they gonna make sure your work is not highlighted amongst all the losers

You have to forget about your life once you are the part of this company they will call you and ask you to do the overtime and if you say no than you will be insulted in open forum

no growth oppurtunities..they have stopped yearly increment of employees..no gift on diwali..changed the salary structure to save company tax's..doing cost cutting on small small things..they have mention transport cost on our CTC which wasn't the case earlier.planning to change.
