I don't like anything at Concentrix

I recommend to those who are planning to join in Concentrix, I request you to please don't join concentrix they will treat you like a dog, the management is not good at all, if you are planning to join in Concentrix then you can join in any process but please don't join Wheelz process, after joining there you will regret for your whole life.

All over good experience I have joining this company as a fresher now i have one year of experience in this and i am satisfied with this company but they have less salary increment.. after one year according to me they have to provide us atleast 4-5k hike but they provide max 2k hike

One can find the colleagues to be very refined human beings, They will help you with all their hearts, Yes there are some exceptions but overall people there are helpfull, For me my manager is like elder brother to me, Supported me every time never felt like i'm working under someone, Was very knowledgeable and kind human, You willfind most of the managers kind, Yes there are exceptions. I liked working at concentrix under my manager, Hope everyone get's a manager like him. He was the only reason i stayed in that company for long. Company values you and they try their best to cope with you, If you want a leave there are chances you will get it on time, Depends on your manager too but its on good side for this company. Company do values about our cultures and they celebrate indian festivals too....Read More

I will start with the pay, The salary offered at concentrix is trending on a lower scale comparing to other mnc's. Long working hours and unmanageable rotational shifts. Management team is a bit lazy to get you work done. Lack of growth is one of the major issues. Politics the termite that eats so many brains there.

Even the sweepers and house keeping make money then what they are giving us. They make us work very hard and the shift changes too frequently.

Dislikes

Salary is too low even the security guards and the house keeping earns more money than what they are giving us and they expect us to work very hard without any error and there is very intense pressure working environment. I never felt like I was working in a corporate organisation actually I felt like working in a labour camp.
