Sometimes they are very carefull about their staffs but most of the time they are careless. Work culture is terrible. Management is not good. Company policies means only p.f is has there. No policies is in their.

Dislikes

This is a politics base company. Every time every moment politics is happened with us. No disciplines, no rules, no work culture, this company can not made a bright future of a engineer.

Work Details

Very low work experience because in this company our department's incharge is most poor minded man. He thought that if he learnt us anything then his value was down to this company' eyes. so he never learnt maintenance job to us.
