Dislikes

Everything from work life balance to getting leaves. Management and HR department are worst. They don't care about you. I haven't had one HR ask me how I am doing or what my problems are. I dislike everything about this company I could. Thanks. Rant over.

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions.
