Nothing. The company doesn't really offers anything to its employees. Poor Management and worst HR department ever. Even they don't stand with their lady employees when they face any Issues. Management driven company with no scope of learning in CompuCom INDIA.

Weak Management Poor HR Department Inappropriate Salary discussions in Meetings amongst imployees and Poor Appraisals with no base to judge the employees

Boring , No options to upgrade your skills, Hectic as usually they take up 24x7 projects that too which are management driven when it comes to upgrade yourself with no support from them.

Its an good place to work if all you care about is your work. However, for an overall development you may consider looking for a better option.

No Job Security. Project gone, job in danger.

Work life balance is excellent. You have absolutely no pressure of adhering to the breaks or work hours. As long as Job is done you are good.

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions.
