Learning is good and the team members but very high-pressure and extremely bad for the self respect.

Hell for freshers as they are pressured to work 16-18 hours a day and expected to fill the timesheet for at least 12 hours. And the pressure of the tech lead is so much, you'll be working on weekends also just to not get scolded still, you will get disappointment in the end. If you are an exp holder, it is better you prepare extra and join some other company, because you will stick in their ego and policy so much you will think that it's damage to your career and profile. They don't even hold their employees after a few years because they must match the industry standard which they don't want to, so, they make the env and relationship extremely toxic so the employees will depart on their own. In short, the company is not employee-friendly at all. One of the good thing is learning. The collegues help also. Skill growth is very good since they work on cutting edge technology.

1. Comprinno can be good for freshers but be ready for the toxic work culture. 2. The Devops team used to be really good and supportive but everyone left because of the toxicity.

Comprinno operates as a family-run startup, where all members of leadership like the HR head, and CTO, are from the same family, leading to a controlled environment where employees voices are suppressed. 2. The CTO, who is also the wife of the founder & CEO, fosters an extremely stressful work environment, making it impossible for the employees to thrive. 3. If you are frustrated and unable to get a job elsewhere, Comprinno might seem like an option, but, be ready to regret your decision. 4. None of the employees leave this company on a good term.
