Down the line the workers are well dedicated and honest to their work

Dislikes

Maturity, Moral values and culture at top level is missing, disaster working there if you are an organised and wish to work in a corporate cultured company. You become enemy once you resign & company makes sure that you don't ever get a job anywhere else. That's funny but true.

50% deduction on salary wile WFH even though the revenue goes high during that period

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I, Arpita Palit, am responding to this review in the capacity of HR Manager at Compac Industries India Ltd. We thank you for upholding the dedication and honesty of our team members. We value our team and their immense contribution towards the growth of the company. Maturity and moral values have been of primary importance to Compac management. The management further expects all its team members to have similar values. Recently, we received an ex-employee verification mail, where we noticed that the signatures of respected Director of Compac had been forged. Such an incident reflects the moral character of a person. Compac has always maintained contact with its ex-employees and there have been multiple cases of ex-employees rejoining Compac across departments over a gap of 1- 5 years. I myself have rejoined Compac after a gap of 1.5 years. A 50% deduction has been there in employee salaries during the Covid imposed lockdown as the revenue of the company went down drastically. Work from Home during the lockdown in a manufacturing company like Compac Industries India Ltd. , can never lead to the revenue going up amidst the seizure of operations. We follow a six day week in Compac Industries India Ltd. Work Timings are 9.30 am till 6 pm, with a grace time of 10 minutes till 9.40 am.
