It is the best company in automobiles in India where all staff are very supportive our MD sir and GM and all DSM sir all are very supportive to help staff and listen all problems of customer and the management is also too good

Since, due to delearship the job security is poor they pay money in hands not in account . That's why there is no security of job.

I am happy to do work with commercial automobile because the company policies is good. In commercial automobile we support all social activity like clean india mission. All team support to customer satisfaction. I was attended the traning that planed from tata motors as well as commercial automobile pvt.ltd.

1-The company appraisal not satisfied and policy for appraisal not good. 2-company onroll process for casual employee was not good.
