Working here is good with top managemwnt, supportive co workers, excessive help from plant head himself. In the starting I felt little bit of struggle but day by day it became habit. Need manpower under every department.

Company policy and process is very old culture also job security and not a employee friendly company working structure is like fmgc company not a sanitary ware company also products are very old product like 19 century also market out products but company not policy not changing
