Working culture & management is good for everyone, policies are also good, but job security is not so good, may be asked to leave without any notice

Dislikes

It's very good when I'm working here, but afterwards it changed a lot, like Japanese manager also replaced with new one & some pressure also to work harder.

They taught us all the required information, knowledge and how to do mails, work as per Japanese standards.

Dislikes

Work like balance and yearly increments.Now Japanese is changed maybe it is ok now kn 2022.

We work from 8:30 am till 6:30 or later . Hectic to drive 🚗 long ways and than comeback again in office.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
