They really have good policies towards employees and benefits are also good.

I am not sure about other team but in QA it is too hectic, Onsite people are not so co operative, Personally I won't suggest anyone to QA team.

HR says it's flexible. It is not flexible for the employees this flexible term is for the manegement. I love this company and job but unfortunately management expected to work from 9 am to 10.30 pm. I have a kid. Completely lost those days. Physically and mentally. Request the manegement to give WFH for mother's who really needs. Thanks.

Work life balance is good, just because they wont give work. Flexiable timings are most welcomed thing.40 leaves per annum.

no Project, no career growth, De motivated on ur work..So much politics in between.Even people with less experience, or same level of experience will be aggressive to new joiners.So much Rational.No unity in the team..I wont recommend joining comcast.

there is always a bias if you are not a person originated from TamilNadu. It always been there within the team very poor appraisals and promotions are long lost hope and if you are joining as a fresher brace yourself for everything

Good culture and employee-centric policies. Chill work environment and encourages good WLB. Free Udemy access and lot of trainings to upskill yourself. Also have tie up with top institutes for higher education programs (subsidized). Lot's of events round the clock and gives nice goodies on December and a Diwali bonus.

Dislikes

Annual hikes are very less around 10% max. If you don't get promoted to next level in 2-3 years, you will be underpaid. Also internal promotions hikes are less (around 15%). Bad food options in the office and the tech park is in a really bad location, right opposite to garbage dump.
