You have to work on all holidays. But in 4 months you can take 3 weeks leave continuously.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No career growth. No timely appraisals. No proper HR policies. Horrible mangers especially in controls and robotics department.

Work Details

Unprofessional manager. Working on 7 days week for 12 hours. Only positive is Coff. No timely appraisal. Your concerns will be turned down as your inefficiencies. HR policies are different for different departments!!! Manager lacks technical knowledge.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
