Good thing is dumb management and poor leadership steam will not bother you for certain time in the company and because of that there is good work-life balance and mental peace

Dislikes

Bad thing is when dumb management and poor leadership won't listen to you or solve any problems, don't take any advice, suggestions and gradually worsen work , work culture and environment. And then you realise your year is gone , no skill upgrade , no recognition, no mental peace, no promotion, no hike
