After 6 month because of politics you will be thrown out of company. Ask competitor Employees either they will give you bad reviews or not knowing much about the company. during April and december they throw out employees like anything . All the sales people are treated as daily waged labourer. No structure, no culture and no firm policies in the organisation. There is pay cut when you take a single day leave. Management has no trust over employees and hence the company and brand has no growth despite it's long existence. Hire and fire is quite common. This organisation is worst than even a distributor payroll job. Don't go by the sugar coated words of HR before joining, just after joining they would show the true colours.
