After 6 month because of politics you will be thrown out of company. Ask competitor Employees either they will give you bad reviews or not knowing much about the company. during April and december they throw out employees like anything . Columbia Petro is a good place to work because every day comes with new challenges and learnings. The job is not easy, but we learn a lot, which is nice. Sometimes it's hard to know how to do better because we have new challenges every sinflw day. We need more help sometimes, which we always get from our higher authorities.
