Kind of restricted environment. Too many camera's for micro management of employees which gets annoying over a period of time but no one wants to talk about it due to job security. No walking space within the premises and you have to inform each time if you leave the office for any reason. Also if you are coming from a corporate back ground, you will have to get used to calling everyone Sir/Madam every now and then in your statements because here people think its a disrespect if you don't call them that and will start teaching you about respecting others as few old staffs are really annoying and sit on your head.
