Work environment is nice like a semi government hospital.No too much tension at work,do your work take your time.But no complaints has to come from coustomer....main moto of company is coustomer satisfaction... Life and work balance is perfectly done in hospital

Dislikes

Less appraisal,politics, there is no career growth,people who has less experience in field earn more than a experienced one.Human resource team is worst.... If you go for interview they will make you sit for 7 to 9 hrs,H.R is soo lazy....

Work Details

I worked around 4 years but there is no career growth,less apprisal,no appreciation.....even weekend also has to come and work...Less staff due to this patient is not satisfied well.. Working hour is 9 hrs.. Previously it was nice hospital but new now z

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
