COLOPLAST INDIA IS A BUNCH OF 4-5 THIEVES, THEY ARE IN COMPITENT PEOPOLE LIKE SWATI( I NEVER UNDERSTAND WHAT WORK SHE IS DOING IN COMPANY), RITESH( MAKING HUGE MONEY BY UNEITHICAL WAY), RAJIB( HE IS SUFFERING FROM SCHIZOPHRENIA BUT STILL WORKING IN ORGANISATION) AND SWATI"S PUPPET TUSHAR( HE IS A KIND OF VAMP SEEN IN TV SHOWS). 1) SUPPERIORITY COMPLEX AND EXCESSIVE EGO IN UPPER MANAGEMENT. 2) PUTTING PRESSURE FOR DOING AND MAKING FAKE ORDERS .3) NO JOB SECURITY AT ANY LEVEL OF POINT. 4) I THINK ONLY ORGANISATION FACING MANY LEGAL CASES IN COURT 5) RETALIATION IS THIER KEY. 6) 70% OF THIER TOTAL BUSINESS DEPENDING UPON UNTHICAL WAY. Salary compensation good . Saturday Sunday holiday. From global point of view having good policies for employees.

Cons are many: Too much politics. Jito the county manager not listening to any one , all people are behind to please him. He is not open for any thoughts.
