Collman is a worst company we need to give percentage to kumar Sujith if we want to work with no pressure it's mandatory there is no holiday even in government holidays Sunday's we have to work before joining they will tel we provide TA means petrol allowance but they won't give even i didn't earned single ruppee insentive past from2years please fos & tellecallers don't join to collman it's a worst company have seen .....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
