Worst organization, no job guarantee, owner can terminates you anytime, as per their wish , no management, only pressurizing for target even for new joinee also , etc.

Extremely professional company. Very structured approach & strategy in collections. Proper structure of telecallers, supervisors and managers. Targets given are realistic and achievable. All support is given by managers to help achieve these targets. Incentives structure is very good. Good performance of telecallers is recognised and appreciated.
